Brown Mountain Trail 1: From Limits to Redemption
Two days on Trail 1 at Brown Mountain taught me that smart decisions and a second attempt can be more rewarding than forcing an obstacle.
My first trip to Brown Mountain OHV in Pisgah National Forest became a two-day lesson in off-roading. On Day One, Trail 1 challenged my judgment, patience, and experience. Rather than push through every obstacle, I backed off and took stock of what the terrain was teaching me. On Day Two, I returned to the same trail with a clearer plan. The lines made more sense, the decisions came easier, and obstacles that had stopped me began to give way. Watch both videos in order to follow the complete story, from the limits I discovered to the redemption of finishing what I started.
